Shipping & Delivery

We provide discrete packaging for all of our customers.  Your order will arrive in a plain brown box or padded envelope.  Your order will be discretely delivered to your door with complete privacy. 

We have a variety of shipping options for you to choose from upon checkout. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com, fedex.com or usps.com depending on your choice of shipping method. All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. ***Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out Monday.

Standard shipping rates vary depending on location and weight.   Orders over $79 qualify for FREE standard ground shipping. If you qualify for free shipping, please choose the Free Shipping option at checkout for the discount to be applied. We now offer priority & first overnight shipping.

If your order has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date or your package is missing, please contact us within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date so we can help you track down your package and find the best solution to get your order delivered promptly.

We value our customers privacy. Christie's Toy Box will never release your personal information to any business or third party. Each time you shop with us, it is our little secret!
Returns-Exchanges-Replacements
Prior to returning any items, you must contact us to get a return authorization.
Items purchased online cannot be returned to a store location.
You can email us at orders@Christiestoybox.com with Return or Exchange in the subject line.  Please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.  You can also call us toll free at 1-877-684-2226, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST prior to sending the product back to get a return authorization.  Our customer service representatives will then assist you in coming up with the best solution for your issue. 
All damaged items must be reported to Christie's Toy Box within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you recieved a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement. Items that become defective after 30 days of receipt will not be available for free replacement.  Because of the intimate nature of our products, we can not accept returns for unwanted and/or used items. We can not accept returns for opened packages of lingerie as they are considered used and non-restockable in that condition.
