Returns-Exchanges-Replacements
>>Online orders can only be returned through our website. CTB store locations cannot accept returns for online orders. Any damaged or defective item(s) must be reported to Christie's Toy Box within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you received a defective item, please use our CONTACT US page to submit your request for an exchange or replacement.
>>Items that become defective after 30 days of receipt will not be available for exchanges through Christie's Toy Box. Most manufacturers will offer replacements on defective items after 30 days, but those requests must be made through the manufacturer's website or customer service line. If you need help to identify the manufacturer of your item, please let us know.
>>Because of the intimate nature of our products, we can not accept returns for unwanted and/or used items. All lingerie is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. We understand some circumstances or issues can be exceptional. Feel free to contact us regarding your order at anytime. We will always do our best to meet your needs. Thanks for shopping with us!
Shipping & Delivery
We provide discrete packaging for all customers. Your order will arrive in a plain brown box or padded envelope and delivered to your door with complete privacy.
>>Orders are processed and shipped during warehouse business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Orders placed after 5:00PM will ship out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday. Orders placed on major US holidays when shipping carriers are closed, will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
>>Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping via USPS priority mail. If you qualify for free shipping, please choose the "Free Shipping" option at checkout for the discount to be applied. USPS priority mail usually delivers within 2-3 days once package is received by the carrier.
